Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are only available for orders with a product value of ₹500 or more.
Products priced below ₹500 are not eligible for return or refund unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Request Period

Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must record a continuous, clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
The video is mandatory for claims involving:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products received
Claims submitted without a complete and unedited unboxing video may be rejected.
Product Condition
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, tags, and manuals must be included.
- The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products priced below ₹500.
- Used, damaged, or altered products.
- Products without the required unboxing video.
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
